Senior Marketing Analyst

Mission & Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with overall TAG objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Tik Tok)
- Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends
- Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Create compelling email content, including subject lines, preheaders, and body copy
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly
- Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations
Content Creation And Management:
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to communicate our brand identity and value proposition effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with PR, comms, content creation, and sales teams to ensure consistent channel messaging and branding
- Provide marketing support for product launches, promotions, and other growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Analytics And Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Personal & Professional Skills
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across digital and traditional channels
- Proven experience in social media management and email marketing
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- 3 years of experience in a MKT Analyst role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a B2C/B2B space
- Experience in a Marketing Agency is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing
