Implementation Specialist

Mission & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new hotel clients onto the platform, from contract kickoff through go-live.
- Define implementation timelines, milestones, and delivery plans while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, IT, Marketing, Digital, Sales, and external partners.
- Serve as the primary bridge between client requirements and internal teams, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Configure the platform and guide clients through setup, ensuring correct implementation of booking engines, distribution channels, and integrations.
- Coordinate and validate integrations with hospitality technology systems including PMS (e.g., Oracle, Mews), channel managers (e.g., SiteMinder), meta providers, payment processors, and distribution platforms.
- Oversee system mappings, data flows, and configuration to ensure integrations function correctly.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers.
- Perform implementation testing and QA across booking flows, reservations, payments, pricing logic, and integrations prior to go-live.
- Coordinate launch activities with internal teams and clients, ensuring booking engines and website flows operate correctly.
- Monitor post-launch performance and support issue resolution when needed.
- Train clients on platform usage, configuration, and best practices to ensure successful adoption.
- Create and maintain documentation, onboarding materials, and setup guides.
- Gather client feedback and feature requests and collaborate with Product and Engineering to support platform improvements.
Personal & Professional Skills
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, technical onboarding, or similar roles.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms; hospitality technology experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with hotel tech ecosystems (PMS, channel managers, booking engines, or distribution platforms) is preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating technical integrations or API-based systems is a plus.

Working Conditions
FULL TIME CONTRACTOR, WORKING FROM 9 AM – 5 PM PST, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, WITH
POTENTIAL OUT OF HOURS AND WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME.
25 DAYS OF PTO PER YEAR.
