Junior Project Manager

Mission & Responsibilities
Content creation:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources, track progress, and ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project team members.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Keep accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to ensure that project activities are well-documented and organized.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular reviews and quality checks as needed.

- Project Management Tools knowledge such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Zoho
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build positive relationships, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture.
- Approach challenges with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve project goals.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to convey information clearly.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.

Working Conditions
FULL TIME CONTRACTOR, WORKING FROM 9 AM - 5 PM PST MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITH POTENTIAL OUT OF HOURS AND WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME.
