Freelance Illustrator/Graphic Designer

Mission & Responsibilities
- Design and create posters, flyers, and other promotional materials for diverse clients.
- Develop illustrations that convey key safety messages and other themes.
- Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality final outputs.
Personal & Professional Skills
- Ability to think outside the box and create unique, engaging designs.
- Proficient in design software and able to produce high-quality digital artwork.
- Attention to Detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback and able to make necessary revisions to designs.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field.
- Advanced level of English
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in creating educational or instructional materials.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.

Working Conditions
FULL TIME CONTRACTOR, WORKING FROM 9 AM - 5 PM PST MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITH POTENTIAL OUT OF HOURS AND WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME.
25 DAYS OF PTO PER YEAR.
