Maria Ballester oversees HR & Culture as the Head of HR at The Anything Group (TAG). Mery is dedicated to leveraging her education, experiences, and characteristic enthusiasm to create an inclusive and supportive work environment where all employees can thrive. Her commitment to building strong interpersonal connections and promoting diversity and inclusion underscores her role as a leader within the organization.

Mery’s professional journey began in small family businesses within the medical and agro-financial industries, before transitioning into the corporate realm of oil and gas. Throughout her career, she has encountered numerous challenges and opportunities for growth, which have ultimately shaped her into the versatile and enthusiastic professional she is today.

She holds a degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador (USAL) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, complemented by a BA in Social Communication from the same university. During her HR studies, Mery embarked on a transformative six-month International Academic Exchange in Madrid, Spain, at the Complutense University.
